One address, and a person reads it. Corrections, gaps in the catalogue, data-protection requests and business enquiries all land in the same inbox.

What to write about
A figure that looks wrong
The most useful message we get. Name the model and the field — "the boot volume on the Škoda Octavia" — and, if you have one, the source that says otherwise. Corrections are made in the catalogue itself, so one message fixes that number for every reader.
A model we should cover
Tell us the model and the market you shop in. A car earns its place when a real buyer would be weighing it against something already listed.
A data-protection request
Access, erasure, objection, or simply a question about what the site stores. Send it here and it will be dealt with. The formal detail — who the controller is, the legal bases, the supervisory authority — is on the privacy page.
A business enquiry
Partnerships, licensing, press. Put what you are proposing in the first two lines.
What to expect
This is a small operation, not a support desk. Most messages get a reply within a few working days, and a correction that has to be checked against a source can take longer. What we cannot do is sell you a car: there is no stock, no quotes and no finance here — the marketplaces we link to handle all of that.
For a formal data-protection request, read the privacy page first: it names the controller, your rights and the supervisory authority, and a request that refers to it is faster to answer.
